- No international shipping is offered at this time
- Cut-off time for expedited (next-day/2nd-day) shipping is 10:30 AM EST, Monday through Friday
- Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends will be processed the next business day
- Delivery time may vary depending on inventory and order volume
- Once your order is picked up, FedEx shipping policies will apply
4. Returns, Replacements and Warranties
We guarantee the performance of our tools. We will replace, free of charge, any tool that proves defective under normal use if returned to us freight prepaid for inspection.
Tools will not be replaced if:
- They have delivered reasonable service life
- They have been damaged or misused
