A joined pivot tack mold consists of a male pivot with tack, and a female pivot. Used on pillows, cushions, chair backs, etc.
Available in the following button sizes: 22, 24, 30, 36, 40, 45, and 60. The female half is assembled with a retaining pivot spring steel lock washer which mates with the serrated pivot tack of the male half. Although easily snapped together by hand pressure, the buttons hold tight. It won’t come apart.
Pivot tacks are available in 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″ and 1″. Specify preference.
Packed and sold in sets consisting of 1 gross of Pivot Tack, 1 gross of Pivot Back, and 2 gross of shells.

TABLE reflects part numbers for Pivot Tacks with 1/2″ long.
To convert to either 3/8″, 3/4″ or 1″ just replace the digits 12 on any single part numbers for the 2 digits of the length desired.
